• Stmt is an AI-powered mobile application that converts PDF bank statements and financial documents into CSV or Excel format with high accuracy.
• The app allows users to upload PDF documents for secure processing and conversion using our proprietary AI engine and external AI services.
• Stmt is owned and operated by PureSoft Labs OÜ, a company registered in Estonia, European Union.
• Our services are designed to assist with financial document management and data extraction for personal and business use.

2. Acceptance of Terms

• By accessing or using Stmt, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
• These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PureSoft Labs OÜ.
• If you are under 18 years old, you must have parental or guardian consent to use Stmt.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring and supervising their children's use of the app.

• Users under 18 must obtain parental or guardian permission before using the app or making any purchases.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for their children's use of Stmt and any associated charges.

• Stmt, including its design, features, algorithms, and proprietary AI technology, is owned by PureSoft Labs OÜ and protected by intellectual property laws.
• All trademarks, service marks, and logos used in connection with Stmt are our property or licensed to us.
• You may not use our intellectual property without explicit written permission.
• Third-party services (OpenAI, Anthropic, RevenueCat) retain their respective intellectual property rights.
• Any feedback or suggestions you provide about Stmt may be used by us without compensation or attribution.

• We process financial documents temporarily to provide conversion services and do not permanently store document content.

• Documents are automatically deleted from our servers after download or within 2 weeks maximum.

• AI-generated document conversions are provided for processing assistance and may contain errors or inaccuracies.
• We disclaim all warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Your use of Stmt is at your own risk, and you should verify all converted financial data independently.
• We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on converted document data.

13. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, PureSoft Labs OÜ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Stmt.
• Our total liability to you for all claims related to Stmt shall not exceed the amount you paid for subscriptions in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for any damages caused by your reliance on AI-generated document conversions or any errors in converted data.
• We are not responsible for any financial losses resulting from inaccuracies in converted documents.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PureSoft Labs OÜ from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Stmt.
• This includes claims related to your violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or misuse of our services.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload and process any documents you submit to Stmt.
• We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification by you.
• Your indemnification obligations will survive termination of these Terms.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.

• You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against us.
